You can just knock this out in gamemaster. I'm not sure if it cares if mods are on but I didn't have any at the time.
Step 1: Spawn a whole bunch of russian jeeps
Step 2: Surround them with mines from the third tab. The more the merrier.
Step 3: spawn yourself as any American with grenades and add one of those to the mix
