How to unlock the Bully Mammoth achievement in Armello - Definitive Guide

Play as River or any of the other heroes with a high fight skill; the virtue of River is her Hero power which lets you do 1 guaranteed damage with every combat action. You can pad your chances by doing a quest or two to upgrade your fight. Lastly, equip an AI with the Rot ring so that they always (barring a good really treasure draw) lose 1 health at the start of every dawn.

Zosha has the lowest starting Body/health stat so he'll be the easiest to go after. After his first death, camp a hex or two away from his clan grounds. You should be able to see where he runs on his turn and intercept.

Very simple trophy, play as a character with high fight and body, such as Brun/Thane, and hunt down the opponent of your choosing (it is best to pick a weaker hero such as Zosha). Make sure to draw lots of item cards to give you bonuses in battle, and then camp outside an opponent’s base and pick them off when you can.

Alternatively this is easily boosted if the other player is kind enough to use spells to lower their health/step in swamps, then let you kill them.

The trophy was difficult for me, I was one of the last to win it. I killed the enemy 8 times offline - the trophy did not drop. Then I read on foreign websites that supposedly you don’t need to die yourself even once - it didn’t help. In general, I beat it with a friend and two bots. The comrade did not activate anything on himself and stood at his castle, while no one had ever killed his comrade before me. Then I activated defense and attack to the maximum and killed my friend 5 times. at the same time, I never killed anyone else, my friend did not die from anyone or anything else, I never died. And my friend never attacked me, only I attacked him. If all these conditions were met, the trophy fell out. There may be an easier way, but this one is guaranteed.
PS I played as River from the wolf clan (because he deals damage before the battle starts), my friend played as Zosha from the rat clan (because he has few lives).

Perhaps the bug was fixed, I killed Mercury 5 times for Thane, while simultaneously killing other characters, the trophy was given immediately
