This is a random event that can happen when you enter a forest when you have 2 or more rot, but ARE NOT YET CORRUPTED. The best way to get this is to pick a weak character with high wits such as Mercurio and then start the match with the Rot ring giving you starting stats of +2 rot (if you don’t have this don’t worry, you will just lose a few turns at the beginning while gaining rot before you can set yourself up to walk in multiple forests). From this start we advise dying to one or two Banes giving you a couple more rot, followed by positioning yourself in an area with a few forests adjacent to one another with a stone circle nearby. The reason for this is because standing in the circle every couple of turns will stop you dying at dawn(due to rot) and therefore losing your place near forests on the board. We also advise you to keep drawing item cards to try and get potions and defence/ attack cards, to help with refilling health and also to ward off any approaching Heroes.
