As simple as the description says. You need to be the prestige leader from questing, saving settlements etc, and then enter the castle and attack the King. You don’t need to kill the King, just attacking him is enough to get this trophy. It’s easier to be someone with high wits or spirit to get through the castle perils easier. Or you can keep doing quests until you receive a quest that gives you instant access.
