To make this achievement easy, you can simply play as Ogol since he starts with the Wolf's Fang. That eliminates the randomness of hoping it shows up. Then, since this achievement doesn't actually require you to finish the stage, you can just focus on experience gain and leveling up quick so you can max out this weapon.
