Army of Ruin

Crawling Root is one of the starting weapons. You'll need to focus on it, because in the early game at low difficulties you won't be maxing out many weapons and trinkets. Go for this one early while this weapon still pops up relatively often when leveling up. Once you get Crawling Root as an option, just make sure to pick its upgrade each time it's available upon leveling up.
