Army of Ruin

The Throwing Axe is the first weapon you'll unlock (it's for finishing the first stage, Graveyard I), so you'll have to have it available when you reach this stage. Simply select the Throwing Axe when it pops up as an option upon leveling, then finish the stage with it as one of your weapons.
