Purchase either the Rocket Launcher or Stinger Missle Launcher and equip.
In a level with alot of enemies, try and target clusters, as the explosion will kill enemies around it.
You have about 2-3 shots with the RPGs, so you may have to seek out special ammo or go back to a checkpoint.

it would be useful for people to know that the ammo you pick up, depends on the kind of weapon you are using at that time! this can be confirmed because I was getting pistol ammo whenever I used my pistol as I was going to pick up ammo and the same for the primary weapon and for the special weapon!

Its hard for me to recall, since it has been quite some time since I played this game, but I'm pretty sure its whatever weapon you need ammo for.
For instance, if you have your pistol equipped, you are using your pistol ammo, where as other weapons you haven't used might remain at max capacity.
So when ammo spawns, it spawns for pistol because its that type of ammunition you can physically use.
Preference for useful over wasteful sort of.
Doubt I can confirm that, tho. No one I know has it, and to be honest I thought it was a pretty shit game.

step 1.
the best way to do this to download the DLC.
what's is FREE called (the veteran map pack).
step 2.
after you downloade the map pack go on your army of two.
step 3.
go to weapons select.
Purchase the Stinger Missile Launcher.
end select that weapon.
step 4.
after that select campaign mode.
after that select single player.
after that select mission select.
after that select the mission: miami alternate ending.
choose recruit as difficulty.
step 5.
if you fire just one schot with a normal weapon
then they are alerted.
after that select your Stinger Missile.
run to the frist door there will be two enemies running to.
then run to next door there will more enemies.
step 6.
restart form checkpoint.
if you keep doing this you get the achievement in no time.

Mate, as far as I can see there isn't any DLC for Army of Two. I concede I could be wrong but that's what it looks like on my Xbox.
Also, I'd recommend that if English isn't your first language, don't comment in an English forum. I appreciate your attempt to help but it's mostly gibberish. I think I can decipher the majority of what you're implying but the only bit that was truly beneficial was the 'Miami: Alternate ending' bit and I can't even download it? Not impressed. That 2-3 shots will be in an entire mission, as you need to re-equip the RPG to reload it. Otherwise you only get one shot. You may be able to pick up some ammo during the missions occasionally.

Place: Miami, leaving the monorail, checkpoint. Buy "Stinger" (If there is no more) and 2-3 times shoot at the soldiers in the doors. Restart checkpoint. It took me 8 times and 20 minutes.

Another option: play mission 2 Afghanistan. Make sure you equip the RPG or Stinger first. After the back to back sequence, pick up any weapon pack left by the enemy soldiers. If you're lucky, you will have a few more ammo to use in the next sequence. Just blast the incoming enemies to the left and reload the checkpoint. Rinse and repeat, it takes only a few minutes.

It's pretty easy.Just equip RPG and go on aircraft carrier mission.when helicopter came just wait until soldiers start getting from him,shoot in a middle.on proffesional takes 2 time.

You can get this in less than 5 minutes by loading up the "Aircraft Carrier" mission, and equipping a rocket launcher (RPG-7 V1) and shooting the guys that cluster together while you're parachuting at the very beginning of the mission and then reload checkpoint.
The one I shot was just south west of the guy standing by a jet within a little yellow painted outline with 2 other guys running towards him. If you shoot within a couple of seconds in that spot, then it'll hit all three by the time the two runners get there but before the other guy runs off.
