How to unlock the If It Bleeds, We Can Kill It achievement in Army of Two (EU) - Definitive Guide
Halfway through the Aircraft Carrier mission, when you open the hanger doors to get to the missile area to sink the carrier, there will be a checkpoint.
Immediately after this checkpoint, the big hanger doors will open, and a Heavy Armour guy will be standing there.
Take a rocket launcher onto this level, and you can 1 hit kill him each time. Kill him, reload checkpoint, kill him, reload checkpoint, etc.
Takes longer to reload the checkpoint than it does to kill him :P

The one in the training area counts as well, so you could very well end up getting this if you complete the game, then run through the training half a dozen times to get the kill x enemies one.
To kill heavy armor enemies, have the co-op or AI partner on aggressive to soak up aggro, allowing you to sneak behind your enemy and down him.
There is not enough heavy armor enemies to net this achievement on your first play through, but reports say you should get 25 somewhere in the middle of the second play through, provided you stay long enough to kill all of them.
Alternatively, the Miami level is the best for heavy armor enemies, having quite a few that will even award you cash for killing.

RPG's and grenades works also fine to kill a heavy armored enemy. You don't have to sneak from behind then.

Just got this boosting multiplayer. This can be done on retirement saving hovercraft method if you do this before single player. Each hovercraft counts as 1 heavy because the heavy on the hovercraft dies in the explosion.
you should get this near the end of the of your second play thru. the best way to do this is use your team mate to take aggro and take him from behind. or buy one of the "big boys" like the m134 mini gun then just give him hell.
