the best way to do this is to save up $110000 dollars then just buy all the mask's at once then just switch of the xbox and rebot you will have the achievement and the cash.

IF I remember right you can get a way with going back to checkpoint / Dashboard.

Well it's a fairly significant typo ;) Anyway the method works a treat once you have the $110k. I switched off instead of exiting to dashboard just in case, though I'm sure the exit to dashboard option works just the same as this never allows games to save progress!

you can just press the guide button, then "Y" - leave to dashboard. You don't have to reboot console.
