How to unlock the Out of Debt achievement in Army of Two (EU) - Definitive Guide

When your partner calls for healing (and it will happen) simply heal him. Done in conjunction with Field Medic.

Note that this does count in the training mission, only not when there is a scripted heal to show you how its done. Any time after that point, healing your AI or co-op partner will unlock this achievement.
