When you complete the game as a contractor you will be awarded most of the weapons in the game for no charge. I didn't know this so had wasted loads of cash buying the weapons as I went along. I would of been better off saving my money and using it for upgrades.
The only weapon I needed to buy was the M107 Light Fifty.

Yep, I didn't realise that either, but its in the small print when you select a difficulty - when you complete on easy or normal (whatever they're called), you get all the primary weapons unlocked for you. When you complete on professional, you get the rest of the weapons unlocked.

Completing the game on professional unlocks all the weapons anyway, but by the time you go through the campaign you should have bought a few anyway.
