Pretty much the same as Stonewall, 'cept you're gonna need a human partner.
Okay, so, start up the first mission on the easiest difficulty and go through the training. The bit you want to do this on is the part immediately after Phillip Clyde takes out the two snipers and informs you where your target is. After that cutscene, look ahead. You'll see a green flashing car door. You'll be using this shield. Tell your partner to take the shield with (A) whilst you get behind him and shoot everyone in the area.
Restart from your last checkpoint and repeat this until unlocked.

i want to post a little but important addition:
i tried to do this with a friend. i was the host (online multiplayer) and i got the achievement pretty quick. but when she tried to do it, the achievement didn't pop and we killed like 100 guys.
my conclusion was that as i am the host, when i press "restart from last checkpoint" her counter probably was set to zero.
so she hosted the game and got the achievement pretty quick too.
in short: whenever you do achievements with a pal, the guests counters get reset whenever the host loads a checkpoint. if you want to get this kind of achievements, you must be the host yourself.
hope this will help others to avoid wasting time like we did ;)

Actually you can do this alone with 2 controller : login with the profile that you wanna get the achievement and power up the second pad. With the second pad login with another profile and after follow the video.

On the second level, Afghanistan, you will come up to an area filled with gas. Pick up the riot shield on the wall and proceed through either path, killing as many enemies as you can before the riot shield breaks. Rinse and repeat.
Note that you need to have a co-op partner, as the AI will not pick up a riot shield.
You will also have to make sure you are using cover in the riot shield. If you turn to dramatically while in fine aim, you will automatically exit cover and any kills will no count.

I have found a great place to do this if your doing this solo using two controllers.In the Afghanistan mission after blowing up the 2nd missile,before you get to Hick's cell area there's a checkpoint,after you get off the lift & there's a riot shield against the wall.
Get your 2nd controller,pick up the shield with A and turn right,move up the corridor to the 1st set of covered barrels on the LEFT wall.Then using your main controller move in behind your 2nd controller's guy,don't fire until your in position.The covered barrels will protect the shield from the MG fire,giving you more time to get the kills.Once you start firing around 8-10 guys will funnel nicely down the corridor and you just pick them off,you don't even need to move the 2nd controller once your in the right spot.There will still be 1 guy left on the MG but deal with him once you get the achievement.Took like 3 or 4 reloads to get the 50 as you'll have some already from earlier in the game-this is definitely the better spot to get the 50 though.Hope this helps.

These two achievements only count on the primary profile (Controller 1). We spent a good 40 minutes boosting with out this achievement popping for the secondary profile. We then switched the profiles over, and tried again, this time counting the kills. There were 0 kills previously recorded, and we had to boost for all 50..
