As said above this achievement will become unobtainable on August 11th 2011 for the EU, NA and Asian version of the games.
This achievement HAS to be done in a ranked match.
The quickest & easiest way to get this achievement is to start a ranked match on any map. Wait around until the timer has decreased by 2 minutes and then the host can leave the game/quit. Assuming you didn't need to be revived then this achievement will unlock.
I'm unsure as to whether the achievement will unlock for the host, but fear not! Just repeat the process again and have somebody else host.
