This solution is just to clarify the other somewhat messy solution.Anytime you see the word 'BAIT' with a number of points beside,that is a credit towards this achievement.Basically if the enemy is shooting at you or even focusing on you & your partner kills them,you get the credit towards this achievement.

NOTE:The word 'Bait' seems to be key for getting credit towards this achievement for some people,although not for others.Decoy DOES NOT COUNT!! Thank you SNYPER E & Figbender.Hopefully this will stop the negative votes.

It should come through natural play towards the end of your first playthrough.

Edit: Just a request to the negative voters,please comment as to why so I can be as helpful as I was trying to be.

Don't have this achievement unlocked and I'm at 166 Decoy + 85 Bait. I think it's only bait that counts..

I am currently at 110 decoy and 57 bait with no achievement pop, so I'm also guessing that it is bait only that counts

UPDATE: ok, so this achievement unlocked for me the other evening, and when I examined my gameplay stats, I only have 87 bait, decoy was near 200, so what my assumption is now is that when it comes to achievements, the game registers gameplay in the stats but the achievement doesn't register stats towards it until your checkpoint save, meaning that he game is counting the stats, but if you die before the checkpoint the achievement doesn't register the stats, causing the gameplay stats page to be nothing more than a somewhat unreliable guide to your achievement progress.
