This achievement is fairly easy and you'll probably get it without knowing what you're doing (which is what happened to me). Throughout the game you'll get points for various kills, three of which will be Flank, Surprise and Tag Team kills.
Flank kills are where you move around an enemy and kill them, any time you sneak around an enemy and kill them in any way you will get a kill that goes towards this achievement.
Surprise kills are where, I'm not quite sure actually how you get those. I'm guessing it's when an enemy doesn't notice you and/or you pop out of cover, they're not the most frequent kill types to get so don't worry about it.
Tag Team kills are where you and your AI/Co-op partner both shoot the same enemy and kill them. For example if I shot one bullet into an enemy and my friend finished them off, it would count as a tag team kill. These kills are frequent and you'll get them often.
All you have to do is play through the game, I had this achievement pop about five missions in so it's a fairly easy achievement to get and an easy 75G to add to your gamerscore. Much like the X amount of kills and so on, you'll probably get this achievement without even realising it, best of luck!
