Easiest done during the training mission. When you're told to perform a cover-to-cover transition, just keep going back and forth (left cover to the right cover and back to the left. x10 times)

Okay load up the tutorial mission and wait for the cover training section.
Simply run to the first bit of cover and then go left and right 10 times until the achievement unlocks.
