i found the fastest way to get this achievement is on the second mission (Afghanistan) right after you destroy the first missile make sure you've killed everybody in that area, can easily be done with the Ai or second controller there will be a gun turret next to the missile, stand a few feet in front of it call your partner once he's in front just have him hold his position get on the turret and just shoot him until he's down revive him and repeat should only take a few minutes.

Simply heal your AI or human partner 25 times. Healing online counts as well. You will most likely attain this naturally while playing through the campaign on professional difficulty, but if you want to speed things up, you can always kill your partner, then heal him, over and over. Healing that occurs during the training mission (somalia) does NOT count towards the total.

If you are playing with the AI ​​in the game it will easily fall into Professional difficulty, tell the AI ​​to be aggressive and move forward until it falls and so you can drag it to a cover and heal it, repeat this until you get the achievement, but I recommend doing this as the last achievements of the game until then play normally as this will naturally accumulate.

Another good place is in Miami when you have to restore power to the monorail, there's a live wire that you turn off and on, after killing everyone in the area just tell the AI to advance and electrocute him by turning the power on while he's on the bridge. Then just turn it off, heal him and repeat. You can also just go to the bridge with him staying close, tell him to hold position and leave him to die.
