For this achievement, you need a total of $110,000. Purchase all 11 masks for ONE character and the achievement will unlock. You can't buy 6 masks for one person and 5 masks for the other. One character must have all masks for this achievement.

Best advice - Make sure you have all the cash you need, then purchase all the masks in one go. The achievement unlocks as soon as you have bought the last one, and you can then switch off your machine. When you come back on you will still have your achievement, AND your cash.

You will need $110,000 for this achievement. Purchase all masks for one character to get this. Make sure you have enough to buy all the masks, and once the achievement unlocks, power off your 360, and boot the game up again. You will have both the achievement and your money intact.
