EDIT: EA has now shut the servers down and this achievement is no longer obtainable. I am sorry for all of you that was not able to get it :(

This is a very easy achievement compared to the rest of this DLC. All you have to do is win any RANKED match as the achievement states.
If you are boosting you will get this during getting the "True SSC Challenger" achievement or the 500 barrel achievement.
If you are not boosting this would be the achievement to get. Games are hard to find right now however there are a few during peak times. Any ranked match will do. Once you find one, your team will have to come in first place to pick this achievement up.

And this add on is still on the XBL marketplace to this day. STUPID

If boosting then you should get this with "True SSC Challenger", if not, then you'll get this naturally within a few games.
