Career > Group 2 > 1968 > la montaine (car unlocked when completing 1967) > stage 1, normal difficulty.
Exactly halfway through the stage (follow the vertical bar indicator on the left side of the screen) there is a long straight where you can reach 150km/h easily just accelerating to the maximum.

I did exactly this twice and could not get the car past 75 mph...
