La Regina is a Group 2 car, unlocked from the start.

Other Italian cars available from the start:
Group 3 - il nonno 313
Group 4 - la longana
Group B - il gorilla 4s
Group S - il gorilla e1
Group A - il gorillona

@HappyDog325 - I underlined the only things that needed to be changed to pop the achievement and there are only 6 cars in the default category (Group 2). I did not think that there would be a struggle to find it, esp with the game displaying a flag for a cars nationality.
