Te easiest way I found to achieve this trophy is the following:
Go to custom race:
-Location: Kenya
-Master ai
- Severe damage
- Stage: Lake Nukuru
-Climate conditions: RAIN
-Car: the meanie (group 2)

The ai behaviour with this configuration is not like in any other stage where it's far to difficult to beat them. In this case ai is really slower and it is not difficult to win the stage. I am not a pro driver and I have won the stage with more than 9 seconds of margin.
It's pretty easy to get with this method.

There are two methods see below

Exploit method - may no longer be available.
At present August 2021 there's a exploit to get this achievement without actually winning the AI at master level.

I am working on a legitimate way of doing it but in the mean time this guide is the easiest and fastest way of getting this achievement.

It will likely be patched I the near future.

First if all go to main menu - quit free play mode if you've just started the game.

Go to custom rally.

Choose the following options:
Location - Finland
Stages - 1
AI difficulty - Master
Damage - severe

Next options are optional but recommended:
Location - Lassila
Weather - afternoon

Any car - start race.

Complete the race by taking your time and just make it to the end. In the rankings it doesn't matter which position you've finished.

After you've finished the custom rally race.

Select career and start any career event/championship

Select settings -
AI settings - recommend easy
Damage setting - recommend none

Complete both/all races of that chosen group/championship/event. Once you've completed the two or more races in that career championship you will get the achievement.

It is not that hard, just needs a little bit of practice. ;)
Go to Custom Rally, select Kenya and Lake Nakuru in the Morning. Select Group A and the Fujin. This will be your ticket for success.
The stage can be completed in around 1 minute 15-18 seconds, so you just need to learn a few corners and that from the last left bend upwards you need to hammer the throttle down like hell.
It only took me like 5-7 tries and got the achievement. I won with a time of 1:12:989.
Originally I went to that stage with that car to complete other achievements, but stayed there as I saw a chance to complete this as well and earned it.

I don´t know if it was already fixed or not but I did it without the exploit with no trouble.

Go to Main Menu and select Custom Rally.

Location - Japan
Stages - 1
AI Difficulty - Master
Damage - Severe

Location - Nasu Highland
Weather - rain

Car:
class: Group 2
car: das 119i

I won by 1.2 sec and I was burning.

Select Lake Nakuru and Rain.
Class: Group 2 or 3
Car: the meanie--the esky v2
When you complete the track in 1.40 time, the achievement will be unlocked. I tried for the 4th time yesterday and it worked.

Easiest way I found was using this set up. Got it my first try

Custom Rally
Location: Kenya
Stages: 1
AI: Master
Damage level: Severe

Track use Lake Nakuru and sunset as the setting.

Now pretty much hold the gas down the whole time. Just light brake around the corners at the start and during the straight aways if you have to turn more just ease of the gas.
