To get this from the beginning of the game without playing the career go to the main menu scroll down to custom rally (3rd option) and select it.

(The game does start you in a free roam - so if you aren't on the main menu. press pause (menu button) and quit to menu.)

Discard any current rallies you may have started. Unless you really want to finish it first of course. (Not necessary first time playing this mode)

There are four options to choose from. Please choose the following.

Location = Finland
Stages = 1
AI difficulty = Novice (however your choice)
Damage level - default.

Press A to continue onto next screen

On stage select screen choose Lassila-R and Press X to change the weather. You can see your selection on the image to the right of the screen. Switch this until it says Fog.

Press A to move onto next screen, choose any car and continue with A

Should take around 2-6 minutes tops.

Start the race and take it steady and make your way to the finish to get the achievement.

Complete the race with any car
