As Dusk Falls

To earn this achievement you need to lose your fight with Tyler, which will result in Zoe being taken hostage by the Holts.

To accomplish this, load up the "Attacked by Tyler" section of the Chapter 3 story tree.

If you don't have this particular part of the story tree unlocked, then in the previous section when the bus blows up and the motel goes up in flames, I chose to ask where Michelle was. Upon saving her, we were forced upstairs. I let everyone else escape out of the window first so I was by myself as Vince. I then escaped through a different window as Vince, ending up outside in the area where Tyler attacks you. So choose an earlier story tree section and once you get to that part, make sure it plays out like that.

Not all of these choices are critical, but I'll list all of my choices for the events leading up to the achievement:

"You're corrupt."
Don't shake.
Attack.
LOSE all of the QTEs that then occur here, resulting in Vince dying.
There will be a massive cutscene at this point.
Stay quiet.
"Quiet down."

At the end of the following cutscene, your achievement will pop.

The approach is to escape the burning motel as Vince by yourself so that Dante confronts you. Lose your fight with Tyler after he attacks Dante, and essentially let the rest of the scene just play out.

Just got this.
This is what I did.
Warn about pager.
This will get you to fight Dante, successfully hit all QTE, Tyler and the mum will have zoe, you pull a gun on them.
Don't lower your gun.
Don't listen to Jay.
This will result in the mum shooting your leg (however you do survive) they will then take zoe, it will pop a little while after
