How to unlock the Lifesaver achievement in As Dusk Falls - Definitive Guide

To earn this achievement you need Michelle to be shot during the shootout with the cops, remove the bullet, and then choose for her to be rescued.
To accomplish this, load up the "Escaped the Office" section of the Chapter 2 story tree.
Not all of these choices are critical, but I'll list all of my choices for the events leading up to the achievement:
Search desk.
QTE to pick lock, make sure to complete this and not fail.
Enter.
"It's almost over."
"Maybe you won't."
QTE to free the hostages, make sure to complete this and not fail.
Run for it.
QTE to carry Michelle to the couch, make sure to complete this and not fail.
Keep it light.
QTE to reveal wound, make sure to complete this and not fail.
Remove bullet. *Note, you will get the Paging Dr Walker achievement here if you haven't previously obtained it.*
Long series of QTEs to patch Michelle up, make sure to complete this and not fail.
Send Michelle.
"You'll be fine."
"Trust is everything."
After Michelle is taken to hospital and the cutscene ends, your achievement will pop.
In summary, escape the office, rescue the hostages, attempt to escape, patch up Michelle, choose for her to be saved.

sounds like you should do this instead of paging dr walker so you get two achievements without playing this scene twice.

to get this you have to go through the relaxed on balcony segment so you can get 4 trophies in one play through of this section. paging dr walker, unforgiveable/what's done is done lifeline and second chance (say the marriage isn't over as she is wheeled away in a stretcher). great way to get a whole bunch of trophies without having to play over and over again which is a plus for me.

Achieved by removing bullet and releasing Michelle as hostage after she was shot in the appropriate timeline. Can be achieved simultaneously with second chances achievement by answering truth is everything during the sequence.

Chapter 3. Michelle has to be shot ( when the cops bust into the motel: run away ). Do QTEs to take the bullet out ( remove bullet as an option when prompted). After that and after the apartment scene choose to send Michelle outside.
