How to unlock the Resurrection achievement in As Dusk Falls - Definitive Guide

To earn this achievement you need to refuse to help your dad bury the stranger, allowing him to escape.
To accomplish this, load up the "Drove Bear into Woods" section of the Chapter 3 story tree.
Not all of these choices are critical, but I'll list all of my choices for the events leading up to the achievement:
"I need you."
QTE to get the body out of the vehicle, make sure you succeed with this.
"You murdered him!"
Refuse.
"This is fucked up."
Refuse.
QTEs, ensure you succeed with these.
After successfully completing the QTEs, you'll give the stranger time to get out and escape. At the end of the cutscene your achievement will pop.
The approach is to not side with your dad, tell him he's in the wrong, refuse to help each time he requests it, and successfully wrestle with him in the QTEs so the stranger can get away.

I searched the man's pockets and still got it. I didn't get a refusal promt for that activity.

To earn this achievement, simply don't bury the man alive with Pa. Spare him.

Chapter 3 after the drive with Jay and Bear the only option that counts is when Jay refuses to bury the guy.
