Traits are unlocked on the end game screen after completing a successful Quick Game scenario, wherein the condition to unlock the trait is met.
The trait Fantasist is unlocked by cancelling a Minor Vagary. Vagaries are the random events that occur throughout gameplay. These events can be cancelled via the Council appendix building with Knowledge Points, or through a random chance with Remains/Sacred Sites. This prevents the Minor Vagary from occurring.
Visionary unlocks alongside this achievement after completing the run.
