This is unlocked for getting the True Ending of the game, which is essentially the 2nd of three endings in the game. For a full breakdown of all three endings, please see my Happy Ending solution:

WARNING
I am not sure if having max trust for all characters will make the True ending missable (since you need that for the 3rd Happy Ending), so just in case - don't max out trust for everyone until you've earned the True Ending first.
So, basically
I also unfortunately don't have any boss strategies, since I was Lv100+ and had OP unison spells like Destruction (Mini Big Bang + Dark Matter), which killed the boss almost instantly.
