How to unlock the Archers rule achievement in Ash of Gods: Redemption - Definitive Guide

Fight location recommended : Town gates in Albius
Characters : 2 Archers + 1 other character with high health as bait (optional, but recommended)

Just use long range archer attacks. Use your other character as bait, you can move him on the battle field, but NO melee attacks. He can die, but will protect your archers a few turns.

The achievement unlocks at the end of the fight

[EDIT] : You have to play on classic mode for this achievement. You can't use any card as well.

I'm thinking achievements are unavailable in story mode.

I did this but it didn't unlock. I did need to use the cure and defense card so not sure if that voided anything.

Yes, you can't use any cards for this one. Cards are considered as actions. I update the solution.

Just tried a few times without luck and then finally got it to unlock.

I didn't realize, but you can't even use defensive skills (Dodge). Once I did it without using Dodge (which I didn't even really need the other times) it unlocked fine. I used the regular Shot, as well as the two more powerful shots (the one that takes your HP and the one that damages their Energy).

I don't know why - I mistakenly thought that the achievement was for only damaging enemies with archer attacks. But re-reading the description now it seems pretty obvious that Dodge would void it. facepalm

I've done this three times and it hasn't worked sane with other achievements is there a difficulty setting required to unlock achievements
