Just to add an hint: better to temporary disable the AI companion, so you'll be the one who will the Roamar... I've killed 3 of them with no luck, than I disabled the AI and got on first try.

EDIT: You get a Quest from Vorsa to hunt a Roamer (With a Quest Marker of course) in the last Area. So no need to be hasty on this one :)
