After unlocking fast travel, you will arrive in an open area where you see a giant, whale-like creature flying in the sky. She will land in her nest. Kol is waiting inside the nest. Hey - this was handy thanks! One minor point - at the top, where she starts blowing, you can drop down and forwards slightly and then take wooden platforms bolted onto the side of the stone. Then ladder straight up to the nest.
