After you kill Amiren, her sister will join your Vagrant's Rest. Talk to her and finish her first quest. After this, she'll tell you to meet heh outside Whisperers Folk. She's sitting on a pillar. Talk to her and she'll tell you how to travel the shadow pathways. If you don't have any spears, there's few behind her pillar in a small cave opening. Throw it at one of the glowing red statues and the achievement is yours
