How to unlock the All knowing achievement in Ashes Cricket - Definitive Guide

Under the Training menu there are three sections of tutorials you need to complete: Batting, Bowling, and Fielding. There are 37 tutorials in total across the 3 sections. Most of them are fairly straight forward and you should be able to finish them in a minute or two. While going for this achievement, you should unlock the Choo Choo achievement as well by simply going through all the tutorials.

A couple tips for the few tutorials that gave me some problems:
*For the Bowling tutorial where you need to appeal to the umpire by pressing up on the d-pad, you need to appeal after the batsman hits/swings at the ball. Thanks to Joel78 for clarifying this in the comments below.

*For both Fielding tutorials that involve catching, half the time the batters don't hit the ball in a way that gives you an opportunity to actually catch it, but if you keep playing you'll get the necessary catches eventually.

Quite frankly the fielding tutorials are the worst. I may throw my controller out the window...

How do you do the unorthodox shot tutorial. I've tried for 30 minutes, The batter missed every shot but two, it didn't count those of course.

For the UNorthodox SHot, you just tap RB ONCE (If you presss again, it turns it off), then Press ANY button to hit the ball. If you make contact, it counts.

I'm having trouble with the Speed Selection in the Pace Bowling, it doesn't seen to count any and the bowler is dumb.

For the appeal one, you need to press up just after the batsmen hits it. Normally you'd only really need to appeal if he misses it with the bat and it hits his pads (legs) , or perhaps if he gets a faint edge and is caught by someone behind him, but for the purposes of the tutorial you can appeal just after he hits it normally.

There are 11 tutorials split over Batting, Bowling and Fielding. These can be accessed from the training menu and are very self explanatory. Complete all of them to earn the trophy.
