Set up a game where it is limited to a set number of overs as per the achievement description. T20 for example.
For the achievement earner, simply bowl 2 overs of legal balls. I chose to play defensive shots (
)every time with my second controller just to ensure a total of 12 "dot balls".The achievement will pop upon completion of your second maiden over in a row.

Even on Rookie Mode, a really tough trophy to achieve. Limited overs matches consist of anything for a 5by5 game right through to a 50 over match. It does not include Test Matches or 3 Day/4 Day games. Bowling a maiden over (six consecutive balls with the same bowler without conceded a run) is not too tricky but the AI will tend to try and attack more on the second over, meaning they are likely to score at least one run. The easiest way to achieve this is with a second controller and simply bowl two overs back to back without touching the batting controller. Make sure you miss the wickets on a couple of balls too, so the full two overs are completed. (Bowling a short ball in a good way of doing this).
