How to unlock the New Entrant achievement in Ashes Cricket - Definitive Guide

Super simple one that can be done in a couple of minutes.
From the Main Menu, click “Cricket Academy”
From here, click ”Players”
Click either Create Male Player or Create Female player
Choose any options for the players Appearance, Identity, Skills and Equipment.
Once you add your new player to a team, your achievement should pop. If not, back out to the cricket academy again and it should pop then. Thanks to Johnny Broflex

Mine popped after I backed out to the Cricket Academy menu again

Open up the cricket academy and create a new player. You can change the name, various personal details and stats if you wish, then the trophy will pop after clicking the "confirm" button.
