Nathan Lyon is an Australian bowler. This is easier than it sounds if you have 2 controllers.

Go to the Cricket Academy and create a custom game. Set it for 3 balls per over. (If you turn on the new ball every over, you can knock that out as well.)

Now go into a mode (casual) and before you start, select the type of match as your custom. Choose Australia, and manage your bowlers so that Lyon is first. The make sure Australia bowls first.

Getting wickets is super easy once you have it down. Move your alt away from the wicket using . Bowl using a Yorker (), then press when it is in the center of the darker green zone. You should get a wicket almost every time.

You get 2 practice shots with Lyon first, but it's the 3rd one that has to fall. If you miss, the next over will only be another 3 balls, then you can try again. Keep doing it until you get the wicket on the third ball.

The achievement solution gives a good description but to explain further it requires taking a wicket off the third ball with Australian off spin bowler Nathan Lyon.

This could come naturally but if your looking to force it then it is possible to quit a match when its clear the delivery will not get a wicket and reload. This could lead to a fair bit of time in loading screens depending on who is batting and the difficulty setting.

Another option is to use a second controller and just bowl a straight ball for a bowled or LBW dismissal
