Very easy to do with a second controller.
Set up a casual match, with any teams, making sure that you have one controller on each team. With the toss, whoever wins just make sure that your main account (the one you want the achievement to pop for) bowls first.
Before you start bowling the first bowl of the match, use the right analogue stick of your second controller to move the batsman across the crease so that the stumps are open. With your main controller, elect to bowl a yorker (
) and then make sure you select 
within the green lines when needed (twice for fast bowlers, once for spin bowlers). This ball should take the stumps out of the ground, bowling the batsman out. The achievement should pop straight away and you can quit the game immediately.

Don’t worry it popped now. Had to play the match 2 times.

Easiest way to do this is with two controllers, selecting the opposing team as a low ranked team and choosing your team to bowl first. Simply move the batsman away from the wicket using the right stick for the 2nd controller team, then bowl a straight yorker at the stumps. This will get you the trophy. Alternatively, if you play against the AI on Rookie difficulty, with Easy Bowling selected, a fast Yorker or Full ball may get you this first ball wicket relatively quickly.
