Chikara chapter. After you've completed Tanto's quest line:
- You will be playing as Ash again. Exit Tanto's apartment and take the bus stop to the Residential Suburbs
- Walk to the far left side of the screen where you'll see a garage door. Go inside
- Talk to Mudo and select "I'm looking for a bus pass to the temple"
- Take the bus stop back to the Inner City and enter the Ramen Restaurant in the lower left hand corner of the screen
- Talk to Lil Jacket sitting at the counter and select " Mudo wants to play video games with you"
- Exit the restaurant and return to Mudo's garage
- Talk to Mudo to get the bus ticket (temple) and the achievement
