After you've met Kusari and gotten her bowl:

- Exit back to the main floor. Take the door directly across from you to enter the kitchen
- Walk up to the giant soup pot and use the bowl in it to get your next quest
- Exit the kitchen and return to the storage closet
- Search the shelves on the upper left hand side of the screen to get a bucket
- Exit the room and take the door in the upper right hand corner of the screen to enter the bathroom
- Use the bucket on the bath directly in front of you to get the bucket of water 🪣
- Talk to Nura and go through the dialogue options to unlock the achievement
