Return to the kitchen and use your new found key on the freezer door ahead of you. A cut scene will play and you'll get the sauna key and the achievement

You need to get a photo of Tanto and his mum from right of the cabin scene in Road to Nowhere. It's behind the wooden structure and will display as ???? - interact twice to pick it. Otherwise this won't unlock when you rescue him in the Freezer.
Road To Nowhere - find the old photo near the cabin (and show it to Kubi)
