Ashina: The Red Witch

This is the third bonus ending of the game (known as the Sombria ending), it requires you asking certain questions and performing certain actions during the chapters of the game. They are:

• Prologue - give the Tasty Bun back to Oakie
• Escape Tunnels - give chocolate to the chocolate addicted Hoki
• Enjoy The Show - give the golden tuning fork to Miss Mukade after you give her the bucket of water
• Enjoy The Show - give the bowl of soup to Kusari
• Chikara - enter the house nearest up you when you arrive at the Residental Suburbs and exhaust all dialogue options with Noryo
• Chikara - find the lost mail behind the Yokai Temple and give it to the Postninja in the Residential Suburbs
• Chikara - buy the bag of rice from the Shop in the Residential Suburbs and leave it in front of the sewer gate in the Inner City
• Road To Nowhere - find the old photo near the cabin and show it to Kubi
• Road To Nowhere - show Gus the photo Kubi gives you
• Blood And Water - give Tanto the old photo after you rescue him from the freezer

You'll know you've gotten credit when you hear a bell chime sound effect after asking these questions / doing these actions.

If you've been following my solutions, this is done in The Road To Nowhere chapter. Once you've gotten the sauna key:



Return to the shower room and use the sauna key on the sauna door door. A long cutscene will play, during which the achievements Cold waters and this one will pop. If you've done the requirements for the other bonus endings, you'll also get "Of blood and water" and "My Big Sister".
