The Road To Nowhere chapter. This is the standard ending for the game you'll get no matter what, known as the Ashina Ending. Once you've gotten the sauna key:
Return to the shower room and use the sauna key on the sauna door door. A long cutscene will play, during which the achievement will unlock.
If you have completed the requirements for the rest of the endings, the "Of Blood and water." achievement will also pop shortly after, followed by "My Big Sister" and "Another Chance".
