Starts in the Chikara chapter. After you've met Hsin Hsin:

The Catch me if you can! achievement in Ashina: The Red Witch worth 18 pointsDamn, wasn't quick enough!

Talk to Hsin Hsin and go through both dialogue options
Go down to the bottom of the screen and talk to Shisho, going through all of her dialogue options
Return to Hsin Hsin and select "Book of Stranga" to get the book
Exit the temple and take the bus back to the Residential Suburbs
Walk to the far left side of the screen and give the lost mail to the Postninja. He will give you some coins
Go to the shop and give the coins to the Pretty Woman to get the bag of rice (you might have to ask her if she sells rice first)
Exit the shop and take the bus stop back to the Inner City
Walk all the way to the bottom of the screen where the gate to the Sewers is. Use your bag of rice here to give it to Kappo
Now go to Tanto's apartment for a cutscene.
Afterwards, walk over to Tanto for another cutscene
Exit the apartment and take the bus stop to the Residential Suburbs. Walk all the way to the upper left corner where you'll see Roku in a garden. Talk to her and answer "Yes" when prompted. Another cut scene will play
In the new area, you have to interact with six shrines to advance the story. The first one is in the lower left hand corner of the map from where you start
The second is along the far right side of the screen as you work your way north
The third is directly across from the second bell on the far left side of the screen
From here walk north to the next screen
The fourth shrine is on the far left side of the screen as you walk north
The fifth shrine is directly across from the fourth shrine on the far right side of the screen. It's partially hidden in the trees
From here take the exit on the right side of the screen to the next screen
On this screen you'll have a brief chat with Roku and then you can examine the sixth shrine in the upper left hand corner
Now exit the screen to the bottom and this time take the exit on the left side of the screen
You'll get a brief cutscene and then walk up to meet the Forest Spirit. He'll give you a katana
From here you can walk all the way back to the train station, where you'll see a bowl of ramen on a table near where you started this chapter. Grab it and return to the Forest Spirit, giving it to him for the "Remember to feed your spirits!" achievement
Now return to Roku and give her the katana. You can now enter the house for a cutscene, after which you'll get kicked out
Walk down the screen for another cutscene, after which you'll end up on a foggy road. Walk north for one more cut scene and the achievement
