A fetch quest you can do during your main fetch quest to repair the boombox.
Go inside the house in the lower left hand corner of the map and talk to Trix, who will give you the quest to catch the thief stealing her honey buns.
Go to the house in the upper right hand corner of the map and talk to Oakie, the thief who will give you the honey bun back.
Click RB to open your inventory, select the Tasty Bun, and press A to give it back to him and unlock the achievement.
