Chikara chapter. Once you've gotten the dish soap:
- Return to the sushi restaurant and the kitchen
- Use the dish soap on the dirty dishes
- Talk to Nikuya and ask him what else he wants you to do
- Exit outside and enter the Butchery in the upper right hand side of the screen
- Talk to the assistant running the counter to get the wagyu beef
- Return to Nikuya and give him the wagyu beef to get the bus ticket (suburbs)
- Exit outside and interact with the bus stop on the upper left hand corner of the screen. It's the bouncing icon. Select the "Residential Suburbs"
- Go up the stairs next to you and into the house
- Open the door directly ahead of you and talk to Noryo, selecting "Are you ok?". Go through all the dialogue and talk to her again, selecting "Sombria.". Go through the dialogue and talk to her again, selecting "How did you die?". Talk to her again, selecting "Please find peace"
- Exit the house, go down the stairs, and start walking north until you see the Shop on the far right side of the screen. It has a Save Point book in front of it. Go inside
- Talk to the Pretty Woman and select "Looking for cigarettes" to get the cigarettes (The "Am I Pretty?" achievement will unlock here)
- Exit the shop and take the bus stop back to the Inner City
- Return to Nikuya and give him the cigarettes for a cutscene and the achievement
