Chikara chapter. Once you've completed the Nikuya quest line:
- Exit the sushi restaurant for a brief cut scene. Walk down the screen for another one, after which you'll now be playing as Tanto
- Exit the door at the top of the screen and enter the Ramen Restaurant in the far right side of the screen
- Examine the order machine directly ahead of you, and then pick up the bowl of ramen on the counter
- Return to Tanto's apartment and give the ramen to Ash to get the bus ticket (suburbs)
- Exit the apartment and take the bus stop to the Residential Suburbs
- Go to the Shop and talk to the Pretty Woman to get the baby bottle 🍼
- Return all the way to Tanto's apartment for a cutscene and the achievement
