While possible to get in any race, I'd suggest focusing on a Versus 1v1 event. In Season 1, consider the Audi R8 e-tron versus Tesla Model S race.
Get in line with the racer and knock them down. Then brake and wait for the racer to catch up and do it again. This is probably the easiest way since you can still easily win the race while going for the knock downs.
Trying during a typical race will more likely cause a lower place finish, so if you want, you could probably go for
as well.

I have popped this 2 times by reinstalling the game it shows up in the game achievements but not Xbox live

It seems a lot of people are having issues with windows phone unlocks syncing up properly. Not sure what the fix is at this point.

This one is a bit trickier than the name implies. You need to wreck the same car five times in one race. This is near impossible to do in the first season races as they are short tracks and have only a single lap. Season two and onward have larger tracks as well as multiple laps, this achievement will come naturally.
