Pretty self-explanatory just place first in any race and it will pop up at the end. This is pretty easy to do on the first race with the green audi you can buy, drift whenever needed to earn more nitro, click when the nitro enters red for an extra boost and do the spins over ramps and you should come in first.

Is anyone having problems with achievements unlocking in the game but not updating to your XBox profile? I got this achievement , buying my first car and my first upgrade, but none posted to XBox.

Pretty straight forward, just get first place in any race. This becomes fairly easy once you have upgraded your cars and replay old races.
