How to unlock the Money can not buy everything achievement in Asphalt Overdrive - Definitive Guide

You will face Johnny Bateman after you beat all 12 Getaway missions in Turf 3. But before you can race him you need your Turf 3 car (which should be the Alfa Romeo) upgraded to at least '870' power.
If you are short on power you can redo the final getaway mission and accumulate enough cash to buy more upgrades. Upgrading your Engine gives you the most power.
The race itself is the same as a normal getaway, but a bit longer, just concentrate on staying ahead and you'll destroy it.
Note that you can race Bateman again, after you beat him once, for '30' gold and win his 'Ferrari Testarossa', this is an excellent car for Turf 4 and will save you a lot of cash grinding.
